









DirtyDiscoSound’s 2015 started strong with “Typical Girls” by The Slits, and there was more to come; 21 jams in all. Plenty of funk, soul, and 80s. DirtyDiscoSound posted a rare gem: “Spasticus Autisticus (Leftside Wobble Edit)” by Ian Dury And The Blockheads. “Since I Left You” by The Avalanches got a lot of love. All things must end; DirtyDiscoSound closed it out with “Kool Thing” by Sonic Youth.

DirtyDiscoSound’s year started strong with “It's Just Begun (Larry Levan edit)” by The Jimmy Castor Bunch, and 48 more jams followed. The year’s recurring themes? funk, soul, and disco. DirtyDiscoSound did some crate-digging too, and found “VOGUE (LUXXURY EDIT)” by Madonna. People really liked “Golden Years” by David Bowie. DirtyDiscoSound crossed 100 jams in November! 2014 drew to a close with “Take Some Time Out For Love” by Salsoul Orchestra ft Jocelyn Brown.

“White Light/White Heat” by The Bootleggers kicked off DirtyDiscoSound’s 2013. In April, DirtyDiscoSound found it, their eternal jam: “I Want Your Love (Todd Terje edit)” by Chic. It was a year of electronic, 70s, and disco. DirtyDiscoSound did some crate-digging too, and found “How High” by The Salsoul Orchestra. “Strategy” by Archie Bell & The Drells got a lot of love. DirtyDiscoSound passed 50 jams in October. 2013 drew to a close with “Back Door Santa” by Clarence Carter.

In October, DirtyDiscoSound joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Kick Out The Jams (Extended)” by MC5. Nice. It was a year of electronic, funk, and electronica. DirtyDiscoSound’s 2012 came to a close with “Communication Breakdown” by Led Zeppelin.
