Rightly so, I'd say -- without any disrespect to the track. But then again this period of New Order was full of so many great songs, it's a wonder more didn't fall through the cracks.
I think - especially in the US - the fact that this track was relegated to Disc 2 of Substance and not on the LP/Cassette did a lot to make people overlook it.
