2013

The year got going with “What Are You Doing New Years Eve?” by Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Zooey Deschanel, and the jams kept coming; 15 in total. It was a year of indie rock, lo-fi, and indie pop. People really liked “Elenore” by The Turtles. DorothyS passed 50 jams in April. DorothyS’s 2013 came to a close with “Try A Little Tenderness” by Otis Redding.

2012

In March, DorothyS joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Eyeoneye” by Andrew Bird. Nice. The year’s recurring themes? Dr. Dog, lo-fi, and indie rock. “Lonesome” by Dr. Dog got a lot of love. DorothyS was first to pick “The Way We Move” by Langhorne Slim & The Law, in June — 34 others followed suit! DorothyS passed 20 jams in July. DorothyS’s 2012 came to a close with “The House That Heaven Built” by Japandroids.
