I'm so glad you laughed! I was mortified. Gobbed is a Yorkshire word, and it just 'came out' I should have used The (bloody) Queen's English and said spat in the first place. First time I've blushed since school - many moons ago! Thanks for being a good sport Mikael. What sort of person spits on a mummy though? and then keeps it quiet until he is discovered by someone else? She doesn't want compensation, she wants a good slap for desecrating the dead! XxX
