2015

The year got going with “Our Love” by Caribou, and 8 more jams followed. The year’s recurring themes? soul, disco, and 80s. People really liked “Got To Give It Up” by Marvin Gaye. FriDiscoBackup reached 20 jams in March. FriDiscoBackup marked the end with “Reasons to Be Cheerful Pt 3” by Ian Dury and the Blockheads.

2014

In September, FriDiscoBackup joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “There's More to Life Than This (Recorded live at the Milk Bar toilets)” by Björk. Nice. Plenty of disco, dance, and pop. “Cities” by Talking Heads got a lot of love. FriDiscoBackup’s 2014 came to a close with “Car Wash” by Rose Royce.
