“Old Love / New Love” by Twin Shadow kicked off IamAWatka’s 2014, and there was more to come; 48 jams in all. The year’s recurring themes? CHVRCHES, synthpop, and electropop. IamAWatka was first to pick “Pray To God (feat. HAIM)” by Calvin Harris, in October — 22 others followed suit! IamAWatka passed 100 jams in January. 2014 drew to a close with “Atom To Atom” by Klaxons.

The year got going with “All Waters” by Perfume Genius, and 51 more jams followed. It was a year of CHVRCHES, electronica, and ambient. IamAWatka posted a rare gem: “I Hate You” by Kendrick Lamar. “Falling (HAIM cover)” by CHVRCHES got a lot of love. IamAWatka passed 75 jams in July. 2013 drew to a close with “Come Down to Us” by Burial.

In May, IamAWatka joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Radioactive” by Marina and The Diamonds. Nice. Lots of indie pop, electronica, and british. “Enola Gay” by Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark got a lot of love. IamAWatka reached 20 jams in July. “Chained (Panic City Remix)” by The xx closed out the year.
