In April, Ianmcgurren joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Plastic Star (Session)” by Byetone. Nice. There was a lot of Beastie Boys, techno, and hip hop. Ianmcgurren posted a rare gem: “Disorder Live at Les Bains Douches” by Joy Division. “Strong Island” by JVC Force got a lot of love. Ianmcgurren was the first person on This Is My Jam to post “Summertime” by Ella Fitzgerald & Louis Armstrong — before 29 others! Ianmcgurren crossed 50 jams in September! “Poltergeist” by Deftones closed out the year.
