Awesome. I'd known of Battles, but didn't know about the Helmet and Tomahawk connection. Math rock can rub me the wrong way sometimes, but I'm digging this. Love the driving rhythm and crunchy riffing. Speaking of Helmet, I was crushed to learn I missed them by one show when I saw Local H & Filter last month. Helmet was on board up until the show the previous show. Oh well, it was really Local H I was going to see (for my fourth time), they were killer as always and Filter played a perfect set.
