@BladeRunner@MadameZia Well, I put salt on slugs......sorry slugs. I did a few times use a magnifying glass to burn ants....sorry ants.........I used to throw flies into spiders webs and watch the spiders wrap'em up....sorry flies......I wasn't too cruel.....However I heard horrible stories about what some horrid kids did to frogs with a straw....euuurrghh! Not that's disgusting!
@MadameZia I knoooooowwww.... you see... that was something similar to what I did with my dolls, same "line of thought" ... but my dog, she was such a sweetie... I've never done much harm, but, you see... when I decide... i can be intrinsically bad, I reckon...
@BladeRunner I'm wondering now whether my daughter has inherited my childhood sadistic traits... I caught her recently with a ladybird attempting to squish it as she didn't like it... What have I done?
@MadameZia@jackietheripper@BladeRunner Oh dear - I've never heard of Ladybird abuse before - that's quite shocking! I never pulled anything's legs off - but the Crane Fly became detached from it's legs if you just picked it up. I did lauch a group of catapillars on a trip across the pond in a plastic boat - but I thought they might of enjoyed it.

@MadameZia Lady birds! That's quite awful! But you're forgiven.....most of us did a few cruel and bad things as kids....
