I checked Wikipedia after the last episode to see if there would be a second season because the ending seemed pretty final. Also I didn't think Hollywood heavyweights like McConaughey n Harrelson would commit to a continuing series at this stage in their careers. So I discovered that they're going with a similar format American horror story have successfully utilised in where each season will be a totally different story n unlikely American horror story a totally different cast.
This does keep the series fresh but I just think the characters in first season could have so much left to tell so it's a shame. Brad Pitt is rumoured to be in the second season so if they can continue to get the big names it can still have the same appeal
I've never watched the series, but I love Father John Misty.I'll watch it when it's on Netflix or Hulu though, if you really think it's good. I'm one of those people that can go through an entire series in a couple of days.
