2015

“Bloodline (Explicit)” by Slayer kicked off SadButTrueSony’s 2015, and the jams kept coming; 38 in total. Lots of Pink Floyd, metal, and post-punk. SadButTrueSony found a rare one: “Time and Time Again” by Papa Roach. People really liked “Always the Sun” by The Stranglers. All things must end; SadButTrueSony closed it out with “Pet Sematary” by Ramones.

2014

SadButTrueSony’s year started strong with “The Prow” by Voivod, and there was more to come; 47 jams in all. Lots of The Stranglers, new wave, and post-punk. They were the first, and only, to post “Dividing by Zero” by The Offspring. “When I'm Sixty-Four” by The Beatles got a lot of love. 2014 drew to a close with “Страх от високо” by Контора Кука.

2013

The year got going with “Edge Of Thorns” by Savatage. In September, SadButTrueSony found it, their eternal jam: “Sad But True” by Metallica. The year’s recurring themes? Metallica, heavy metal, and punk rock. They were the first, and only, to post “In The Shadows” by Zombie Ghost Train. People really liked “Heart Full of Soul” by The Yardbirds. SadButTrueSony was first to pick “True North” by Bad Religion, in January — 13 others followed suit! SadButTrueSony posted their 100th jam in October! SadButTrueSony’s 2013 came to a close with “Love Is A Shield” by Camouflage.

In March, SadButTrueSony joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “doomstone” by Pylon. Nice. The year’s recurring themes? The Doors, post-punk, and punk rock. SadButTrueSony found a rare one: “I never noticed” by Another Messiah. People really liked “It's A Beautiful Day” by Liverpool Express. SadButTrueSony was first to pick “Take It as It Comes” by The Doors, in April — 10 others followed suit! SadButTrueSony crossed 50 jams in December!
