i guess i'm always a little sad to see a site go dark, even one i never used as much as i should have, and the (perhaps too optimistic) hope of 'this is my jam' continuing to exist as an ageless memorial of what it once was only compounds that poignant feeling. there are a lot of other songs that i considered for a last jam but i'm gonna stop myself from going with anything sad or reflective in favor of something a little more hopeful, with its eyes on the future
