Correction - "John I'm Only Dancing (Aladdin Sane Outtakes 1973)". The original recording, released as a single in 1972, had no saxophones and a more expansive guitar solo by Ronson. Nice though.
And, the video you are watching was the original video for the single release. So this recording has been dubbed onto it (and it shows in the un-sync!).
