After Zero Order Phase, this album convinced me that instrumental metal was finally a viable prospect. As for personality, I suppose it's a good thing I'm more into watching drummers than guitarists these days. Speaking of which, I'm going to be seeing the band live in February for the new EP's launch party. :)
I love Cloudkicker, although I was less convinced by the two most recent releases. However, I'm happy that he's experimenting and keeps giving his music away.
I assume you've listened to Animals as Leaders? Also, Marty Friedman's Dragon's Kiss album is the only other decent shred album imho.
You can't argue with free music. Yeah I loved the first Animals as Leaders Album. yet to hear the recent release. Missed them live this year :( I'll check out Marty Friedman. Thanks!

You will enjoy them a lot if the sound is good! Give cloud kicker a listen. All his albums ate free on his website. Homemade instrumental tech metal.
