The year got going with “To Old Friends and New” by Titus Andronicus, and the jams kept coming; 17 in total. Plenty of singer-songwriters, indie rock, and electronic. In May, SkimJanklins posted their 20th jam. SkimJanklins’s 2013 came to a close with “King And Lionheart” by Of Monsters and Men.

In February, SkimJanklins joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Tiger” by Maximum Balloon. Nice. The year’s recurring themes? electronic, punk rock, and soul. People really liked “Shake Me Down” by Cage the Elephant. SkimJanklins was the first person on This Is My Jam to post “War Photographer” by Jason Forrest — before 12 others! 2012 drew to a close with “Rendez-vou à Paris” by Jean-Michel Jarre.
