“IRL (DVA's Hi Emotions remix)” by Girl Unit kicked off Slowback’s 2012. 25 more jams followed it! It was a year of Om Unit, future garage, and bass. They were the first, and only, to post “Splash” by Toasty Boy. Slowback was first to pick “God Damn The Sun” by Swans, in January — 13 others followed suit! Slowback posted their 20th jam in March! 2012 drew to a close with “Trippin'” by Elsewhere.

2011

In November, Slowback joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “The Knowledge” by Toasty. Nice. It was a year of drum and bass, grime, and post-punk. They were the first, and only, to post “Pounding Darkness” by Vileape. In November, Slowback introduced This Is My Jam to “Monsters Theme” by Jon Hopkins. 2011 drew to a close with “Mega Drive Generation” by Martyn.
