2014

SophiaPangloss’s first jam of 2014 was “I Could Be Happy” by Altered Images. 11 more jams followed it! Lots of Scottish music, new wave, and singer-songwriters. SophiaPangloss found a rare one: “Why Old Men Cry” by Dick Gaughan. SophiaPangloss reached 50 jams in October. 2014 drew to a close with “Definitive History” by Augie March.

2013

“Old Cape Cod” by Patti Page kicked off SophiaPangloss’s 2013. SophiaPangloss found their eternal jam in April — “Une Very Stylish Fille” by Dimitri from Paris. There was a lot of folk, pop, and Scottish music. SophiaPangloss did some crate-digging too, and found “Supernature” by Lene Lovich. “Caledonia” by Dougie MacLean closed out the year.

2012

SophiaPangloss’s year started strong with “Smile” by Pussycat, and the jams kept coming; 23 in total. The year’s recurring themes? british, 80s, and singer-songwriters. They were the first, and only, to post “The Confessions of Dr. Dream” by Kevin Ayers. SophiaPangloss posted their 20th jam in December! SophiaPangloss’s 2012 came to a close with “A Guid New Year” by Anonymous.
