Mentioned the two local lasses, Barbara and Lorraine, who spent the night beside him at the long-lamented Queens Hotel in the days of yore in the time of @fletchero and well before that of @flaneur and@soundbaby.
Impossible to believe, but his voice was deeper than ever, more gravelly, more tender and much much more intimate. At the first mention of murder, the hair on the nape of my neck bristled electrically and didn't lay down ... Still giving me shivers as we type beneath the fogged-in mountains of the East Kootenays (bit of a shift time and space there) ... The hometown crowd loved him, couldn't let him go ...
He knowingly fondled each of our souls, all 17,651 of us in the smoky confines of the aging hockey arena, full to the gunnels with lifelong soulmates and TIMJ followers. Did you feel a genital twinge, a stirring of the breast at that exact moment, wherever you were in His world?
