Gonna have to bag this album!
Once the groove gets going a minute or so in, it sounds a bit like an alternative version of Vitamin C.
As in, like some sort of extended, slightly free-form arrangement of it.
Oh, now that I'm around seven minutes in I can hear that it *is* indeed an alternative version of Vitamin C.

@DoctorBeans a true Can fan would’ve recognised the flutes at the beginning from the outro to the original. FAKER.
