alexis’s year started strong with “Hounds of Love” by Andrew Vincent (Kate Bush cover), and there was more to come; 43 jams in all. There was a lot of singer-songwriters, electronic, and indie pop. alexis found a rare one: “Love and Mercy” by Gazelle Twin. “Unfucktheworld” by Angel Olsen got a lot of love. alexis posted their 200th jam in September! alexis’s final jam was “Museum of Flight” by Damien Jurado.

2014

“NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert” by Damien Jurado kicked off alexis’s 2014, and there was more to come; 51 jams in all. Plenty of Perfume Genius, lo-fi, and indie pop. They were the first, and only, to post “Is Electric Love To Blame?” by Apoptygma Berzerk. “Carissa” by Sun Kil Moon got a lot of love. 2014 drew to a close with “Absence” by Clark.

2013

“Blue Jeans (live)” by Lana Del Rey kicked off alexis’s 2013, and there was more to come; 51 jams in all. There was a lot of Damien Jurado, indie pop, and indie rock. alexis did some crate-digging too, and found “The Downside” by Grover Anderson. People really liked “I Don't Want to Get Over You” by The Magnetic Fields. alexis crossed 100 jams in October! “Letejono” by DVA closed out the year.

2012

In February, alexis joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Think About Your Troubles” by Harry Nilsson. Nice. It was a year of Damien Jurado, acoustic, and electronic. They were the first, and only, to post “Wave of Mutilation Live version from "Death to the Pixies" limited release” by Pixies. “Mercy Street” by Fever Ray got a lot of love. alexis was first to pick “Superman's Song” by Crash Test Dummies, in April — 24 others followed suit! In November, alexis posted their 50th jam. 2012 drew to a close with “Running Up That Hill” by Placebo.
