I have a feeling that this line might have been picked up from elsewhere by M.B. This band, a legend in Kent, had two drummers. I really like this track so if there's anyone out there from Kent, could you let me know where I can find anything else by them? They morphed into the psychedelic band Crow, who might be the Crow on i tunes....
@UncannyUK I think the band were easy to miss, unless you were in Kent :) I tripped over them on you tube while looking for something else but I'd like to hear more.
@UncannyUK A lot of people seem to have adopted the line 'A door marked summer' as their own. If it didn't come from a poem, I wonder if it was a fairly typical sceance room pronouncement from one of the experiments his father conducted. It's been ages since I read the book though.

I've read the book but somehow missed this band, despite the heavy psych vibe which I like. Thanks for jamming. I shall explore more!
