@alisonsghost Don't you care??? I know you do. I think it's neutral I saw your comment somewhere about the war on the poor. . Can't find it now, but it was good to see your cwords.
Famously frugal!!!!!!
@lucathequietone Yes, I liked their sound. They take a few listens to get into. I picked this track slightly at random because I'd missed the deadline... again
@kemiladashdot Heard someone talking about the 'undeserving poor' on Sunday...Have I missed something, like the invention of the time machine, because everything has got sort of creepily Victorian...I blame Steampunk. As for Dark Horses, they can look after themselves :)
@christineb I'm not so convinced of my good taste, I'm afraid. There are quite a few people on here who have such perfect ears!! Or a sort of purity in what they like that I'm overawed by
@alisonsghost I hear what you're saying about some people on TIMJ,(I am in awe also and a bit jealous of all the new tunes they find) but I still think we both have great taste also.
@alisonsghost@christineb if I may, nobody should be worried about their tastes in music, unless they want to land a job as a music critic. Listening to music is a pleasure and who would in their right mind devoid themselves of such an innocuous joy only for fear of having bad taste.
@alisonsghost@christineb I for one am much more interested in what lies at the fringe of whatever's considered good by the musical cognoscenti and more often than not I happily ignore any kind of border and dive deep in the most trashy stuff you could possibly imagine BECAUSE IT IS FUN! RELEASE YOUR INNER BAD TASTE! FREE IT AND LET IT BREATHE!
@lucathequietone It's a term that makes me uneasy - although I do admire the purity (in the broadest sense of the term ) of certain people as stated above. I have trouble, because on TIMJ I like, or appreciate, a large range of the things people jam. I think they all have to be taken in the context of the person jamming them. I can really appreciate them while I'm listening, and out of those that I hear there will be some I go on to listen to in in private. As the saying goes 'it's all good' :)

This would make me late or stop altogether.

Understandable really :)
alisonsghost
@jovisgoesnuts @kemiladashdot I'm not quite sure whether that's good or bad but never mind :)

@christineb I liked it, but I wasn't sure if I'd brainwashed myself. I'm not even sure sure I have a brain to wash :)

Hello!!! Great jam! :)
christineb
@alisonsghost I feel that way a lot! But since we have such good taste in music we must have some grey matter up there!
lucathequietone
Beautiful song. Loved the dub influences.

@christineb Yours is great but I'm always falling in love with things that are a bit dodgy :) Not everything though :)
