@Rocklobster I forget to mention Portsmouth! I'll have to rewrite the my senseless blurb now. Also forgot to say she sounds less like a killer baby on this. I didn't know that about the bassist - was he yearning for the great days of punk, do you think?
@BarneyRubble As far as I can tell, most Portsmouth slang seems to be Romani. Apart from stuff about ships. I haven't caught up with Beezer yet, though :) Are you from Pompey, then?? I spend fruitless hours trying to work out ways to get back to Southsea :)
@lucathequietone I like this rather than love it...It came from me turning up very late for French week! It's an interesting progression for this band, though.

I knew Cranes before they broke out of Pompey. The bassist called himself Mark Dogsbreath at that time. I wonder if he still does?

@BarneyRubble I never hear anyone say that down my road! What does it mean???

Beautiful song. Great choice as usual.

Oui.....definately less killer baby on this one...heeheehee....she had some voice in her 'killer baby' phase though..
philipnareike
I think I've got a thing about screeching female singers..

@alisonsghost Means great jam!

@philipnareike I'm pretty fond of the killer baby sound too. I don't think she was too screechy, but thanks for outing your preference :)
