Feel I should confess that I thought of The Zombies in the 1st place due to the drama about, well, Zombies, on TV for the Poor recently. Most intelligent BBC drama for ages. Seriously. If anyone can remember what it was called could you let me know? Want to get it on DVD for a friend's b'day.
Google suggests that it was In The Flesh. Sound about right? On a similar topic, have you seen the film Colin? It's a microbudget zom flick with an oddly sympathetic undead central character. A must-watch for genre buffs.
@crawtonleek That's the one! Big thanks. I'm not a zombie buff at all, that's what is so strange.(more into cinematic ghosts, the more subtle the better) But the gore bit was brilliantly handled in that series. 'Colin' sounds interesting. Anything with 'microbudget' in front of it is usually better, somehow.
@florencevibert@MadameZia I love it, although it was the obvious choice. Not too many films to choose from of The Zombies in that era as far as I could see. A bit surprised.

alisonsghost
@UncannyUK Do you think so? Not sure about this one, but the one of theirs I jammed last week about the 1st world war was pretty distinctive....
alisonsghost
@decarter A zombie in a beautifully tailored suit - I can see that ending messily, but zombies have feelings too, bless them :)
debutch
Yes.. sympathy for the Zombies, ..I can identify with that..

@decarter I wouldn't worry about being rude :) Being rude by mistake appears to be my speciality at the moment!!
