Something appeals to me about this diss track -- notable because I usually don't like a diss track thanks to my impenetrable conscientious Christian sensibilities. But, is this really even a diss track? She's more preoccupied with his side of the story than hers, like any good debater. What do we know about their relationship? Let's see. She says that he said that she didn't a) treat him..., b) know him..., or c) love him well. OK, she says, a &b; -- but c is false! He bruited these rumors? Tarred her a witchbitch before willing, even grateful, audiences? And now she's an eye-rolling Hester Prynne, chicly unredeemable? OK, OK -- but c is so, soooo false. You can warn other men of your emotional mistakes, but don't try to cop the sexual victories as pyrrhic (ahem). No more beaus in this town? OK. And yes, I've got issues I may, or may not, face someday. But I will enjoy myself while I can, goddammit!   5
