ass_on’s 2013 started strong with “música da lagoa” by Hermeto Pascoal. 34 more jams followed it! Plenty of folk, lo-fi, and punk. They were the first, and only, to post “Sister Ray (Live at the Gymnasium, 1967)” by The Velvet Underground. “Nobody's Fault But Mine” by Blind Willie Johnson got a lot of love. ass_on crossed 20 jams in February! 2013 drew to a close with “‘"Short Circuit 2" score - 26. Dying’” by Justin T. Lee.

In July, ass_on joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Knoxville: Summer of 1915” by Leontyne Price. Nice. Plenty of ambient, funk, and checklater. ass_on posted a rare gem: “Ooh-Poo-Pa-Doo” by The Masonics. ass_on’s 2012 came to a close with “They're Red Hot” by Robert Johnson.
