2012

atl’s first jam of 2012 was “Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey” by Paul and Linda McCartney, and there was more to come; 22 jams in all. It was a year of classic rock, singer-songwriters, and electronic. atl found a rare one: “Why Can't We Be Friends” by The Muppets. People really liked “Golden Years” by David Bowie. atl reached 20 jams in February. “Abacab” by Genesis closed out the year.

In November, atl joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Thirteen” by Mary Lou Lord. Nice. Plenty of prog rock, singer-songwriters, and progressive. atl was the first person on This Is My Jam to post “Mexican Radio” by Wall of Voodoo — before 61 others! 2011 drew to a close with “The Christmas Song” by Mel Tormé & Judy Garland.
