beetleginny’s first jam of 2015 was “I Can't Hear You” by The Dead Weather, and the jams kept coming; 47 in total. Lots of electronic, singer-songwriters, and pop. They were the first, and only, to post “You Got The Love (Steed Lord Diva Edit #4)” by Candi Station. People really liked “Criminal” by Fiona Apple. beetleginny was the first person on This Is My Jam to post “Miniskirt” by Braids — before 16 others! beetleginny passed 250 jams in August. beetleginny’s final jam was “Crying, Waiting, Hoping” by Karen Elson.

“Systematic” by Midnight Juggernauts kicked off beetleginny’s 2014. beetleginny found their eternal jam in February — “Dreams (Psychemagik Remix)” by Fleetwood Mac. Plenty of Wild Beasts, 80s, and soul. People really liked “Out In The Streets” by Blondie. beetleginny was the first person on This Is My Jam to post “Heroes” by Janelle Monáe — before 24 others! beetleginny posted their 200th jam in December! 2014 drew to a close with “Chasing Time” by Azealia Banks.

2013

beetleginny’s year started strong with “Losing You” by Solange, and the jams kept coming; 51 in total. The year’s recurring themes? The Detroit Cobras, indie rock, and singer-songwriters. beetleginny did some crate-digging too, and found “Live Alone” by Franz Ferdinand, Debbie, LCD Soundsystem. beetleginny passed 100 jams in November. beetleginny’s 2013 came to a close with “Afterlife” by Arcade Fire.

Plenty of Scissor Sisters, dance, and electronica. beetleginny posted a rare gem: “Love is the Drug” by Kylie Minogue. People really liked “Wonderful” by Adam Ant. beetleginny was the first person on This Is My Jam to post “KracK” by Soulwax — before 31 others! beetleginny reached 50 jams in September. “Same Love (feat. Mary Lambert)” by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis closed out the year.
