bentomn’s first jam of 2015 was “Brain Toast” by Slack, and the jams kept coming; 8 in total. bentomn found a rare one: “The Cliff (Justin Broadrick Remix)” by Pelican. And it all came to an end with bentomn’s final jam: “We Invent You” by Unwound.

2014

bentomn’s year started strong with “Five Doors” by Les Collettes, and 41 more jams followed. It was a year of math rock, electronic, and post-rock. They were the first, and only, to post “Seen Not Heard” by Unwound. “The Long Shadow” by Barn Owl got a lot of love. bentomn’s 2014 came to a close with “Paradise Circus” by Massive Attack (Zeds Dead Remix).

2013

bentomn’s year started strong with “Squirrel Song (live)” by Shellac. In December, bentomn found it, their eternal jam: “For Your Entertainment” by Unwound. Plenty of post-rock, electronic, and drone. People really liked “On” by Aphex Twin. In August, bentomn posted their 100th jam. bentomn’s 2013 came to a close with “Vicarious Redemption (Justin K Brodrick Remix)” by Cult of Luna.

2012

In March, bentomn joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Already Ivy” by Thingy. Nice. It was a year of punk, post-rock, and math rock. bentomn found a rare one: “The As Usual Dance Towards The Other Flight To What Is Not Part 3” by Fred Frith. bentomn was the first person on This Is My Jam to post “Proceed To Memory” by Pinback — before 50 others! bentomn passed 50 jams in October. 2012 drew to a close with “War Pigs (trombone scene)” by Alice Donut (FREAKS IN LOVE).
