The year got going with “When I Was Otherwise” by Gazelle Twin. bignonioides found their eternal jam in February — “Music Is Dead” by Crosley Bendix. The year’s recurring themes? folk, singer-songwriters, and 80s. bignonioides posted a rare gem: “Stepping the Fuck Out” by DJ Donna Summer. People really liked “Simple Headphone Mind” by Stereolab & Nurse with Wound. bignonioides reached 500 jams in February. And it all came to an end with bignonioides’s final jam: “Harmonium / John Adams” by The Royal Scottish National Orchestra and The Edinburgh Festival Chorus.

2014

bignonioides’s first jam of 2014 was “The Age Of Not Believing” by Dame Angela Lansbury, and there was more to come; 223 jams in all. The year’s recurring themes? folk, electronic, and new wave. bignonioides did some crate-digging too, and found “Skin Deep (12" version)” by The Stranglers. “The Day the World Turned Day-Glo” by X-Ray Spex got a lot of love. bignonioides crossed 400 jams in September! bignonioides’s 2014 came to a close with “Curly Locks” by Baby Fox.

2013

bignonioides’s first jam of 2013 was “Sleepless” by King Crimson. 199 more jams followed it! There was a lot of XTC, 80s, and pop. bignonioides found a rare one: “The Dream Machine” by John Zorn. People really liked “Love On A Farmboy's Wages” by XTC. bignonioides reached 200 jams in October. bignonioides’s 2013 came to a close with “The Clock” by Christian Marclay.

2012

In September, bignonioides joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “William Tell Overture (March 1928)” by Viennese Seven Singing Sisters. Nice. Lots of electronic, 80s, and pop. They were the first, and only, to post “Anyway, Don't Do The Sport Fuck” by Sprung Aus Den Wolken. People really liked “She's In Broadstairs” by Half Man Half Biscuit. In November, bignonioides posted their 20th jam. bignonioides’s 2012 came to a close with “Burn The Bastards” by The JAMMs.
