brunsvold’s year started strong with “Mr. Johnny Q” by The Bobbettes, and the jams kept coming; 59 in total. There was a lot of soul, jazz, and rhythm and blues. brunsvold did some crate-digging too, and found “Don't Destroy Me” by Margie Hendrix. brunsvold posted their 250th jam in June! brunsvold marked the end with “Do What You're Doin'” by The Rising Sun.

2014

brunsvold’s first jam of 2014 was “The Same Thing” by Muddy Waters (w/ Buddy Guy, Willie Dixon, and Clifton James), and the jams kept coming; 78 in total. The year’s recurring themes? Charles Mingus, jazz, and funk. brunsvold found a rare one: “Rub A Little Boogie” by Champion Jack Dupree. People really liked “Cuttin' In” by Johnny "Guitar" Watson. brunsvold crossed 200 jams in November! brunsvold’s 2014 came to a close with “I Done Done It” by Amos Milburn & His Aladdin Chickenshackers.

2013

The year got going with “I Feel So Good (I Wanna Boogie) - Live” by Magic Sam, and the jams kept coming; 64 in total. The year’s recurring themes? 60s, soul, and jazz. brunsvold posted a rare gem: “Every Night I Have to Cry” by T-Bone Walker. “Snatch It Back and Hold It” by Junior Wells got a lot of love. brunsvold posted their 100th jam in June! “Twin Stars of Thence” by Sun Ra closed out the year.

2012

The year got going with “Count Me Out” by Marty Robbins, and the jams kept coming; 66 in total. The year’s recurring themes? soul, rhythm and blues, and jazz. They were the first, and only, to post “Mean Ol' Frisco Blues” by Arthur "Big Boy" Crudup. People really liked “If You Need Me” by Solomon Burke. brunsvold was the first person on This Is My Jam to post “Ramona” by Beck — before 32 others! brunsvold passed 50 jams in September.

2011

In December, brunsvold joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Peaches En Regalia” by Frank Zappa. Nice. brunsvold was first to pick “Wah-Wah ” by George Harrison, in December — 53 others followed suit! 2011 drew to a close with “Broken Drum” by Beck (Boards of Canada Remix).
