Great post Craig! Little jealous of ya that you got to play on this one. Sure that Beatles tune was fun also! :) I have a tough time finding artists who pull these kind of jams out. Bet it was a blast!
A long time ago on another planet, I went to see Simply Red (that noise is my sphincter creaking). In fairness, it was about 1989 & they were no' bad. However, as I scanned around the SECC, I watched a load of old wallies (I was 30 at the time) dancing around like fandangos & felt ashamed to be there. Watching Gabriel here, or more specifically that audience, I got the same feeling. Now Craigy, I love the song, but I somehow long for Genesis Gabriel & not Hucknell Gabriel. Forgive me dude... ;-D
@cbinseoul Great Jam - saw live in the '80's at Tanglewood (outside Boston, MA) - this great outdoor venue where you could lay in the cool green grass and look up at stars and look down at rockers....Good memory:)
