chef_parks’s first jam of 2014 was “Left In The Deck” by Brother Ali. 74 more jams followed it! The year’s recurring themes? De La Soul, funk, and music from New York. chef_parks did some crate-digging too, and found “Oh Que Sera” by Willie Colón. People really liked “Slippin' Into Darkness” by War. In December, chef_parks posted their 200th jam. chef_parks’s 2014 came to a close with “Passin' Me By” by The Pharcyde.

chef_parks’s first jam of 2013 was “Penny Hardaway” by The Cool Kids. In February, chef_parks found it, their eternal jam: “Astral Weeks” by Van Morrison. The year’s recurring themes? De La Soul, soul, and underground hip hop. chef_parks did some crate-digging too, and found “Peer Pressure (ft B-Real)” by De La Soul. chef_parks reached 100 jams in August. chef_parks’s 2013 came to a close with “Blessa” by Toro Y Moi.

Plenty of The Pharcyde, folk, and electronic. chef_parks did some crate-digging too, and found “The Narrow Path” by Blu & Exile. People really liked “Tonight Is The Night” by Betty Wright. chef_parks was the first person on This Is My Jam to post “Stillness Is The Move (Dirty Projectors Cover)” by Solange — before 11 others! In November, chef_parks posted their 50th jam. 2012 drew to a close with “Lotus Flower” by Radiohead.
