chimante’s year started strong with “Well I Wonder” by The Smiths, and the jams kept coming; 10 in total. It was a year of noise rock, post-punk, and indie rock. “Club” by The Jesus lizard closed out the year.

The year got going with “the prayer” by shellac. In March, chimante found it, their eternal jam: “Junkyard” by Birthday Party on Gotterdamerung. It was a year of The Birthday Party, shoegaze, and math rock. In February, chimante introduced This Is My Jam to “Evil” by Interpol. In March, chimante posted their 20th jam. “Villages” by Alpine closed out the year.
