The greatest song about feeling out of place from one of the greatest albums ever composed. Plus, it has a Winona Ryder reference, which makes it both weird and awesome.

#womensweek It's fair to say that sci-fi is a boys' club, wherein women are seldom depicted as anything other than semi-clad sex objects or imperiled damsels. Thank the celluloid gods, then, for Sigourney Weaver's most famous role: a powerful, striking character with many memorable moments under her belt, though her finest hour came right at the start, before resurrections, severe haircuts and power loaders. As terrified, lost and alone as any human can be, she nevertheless formulated a plan, executed it, and rescued the ship's cat in the process. That is the mark of true heroism, and, Ellen Louise Ripley, we salute you.
