cosmicamanda’s year started strong with “Hanging On” by Active Child, and there was more to come; 10 jams in all. Plenty of powerpop, indie rock, and noise rock. They were the first, and only, to post “Let's Stay Together” by Barack Obama. cosmicamanda was the first person on This Is My Jam to post “Blood” by Algiers — before 19 others! cosmicamanda passed 20 jams in February. “Days Go By” by Sean Nicholas Savage closed out the year.

In November, cosmicamanda joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Distorted Cymbals” by Mount Eerie. Nice. It was a year of lo-fi, classic rock, and garage. cosmicamanda was the first person on This Is My Jam to post “Peg” by Steely Dan — before 99 others! 2011 drew to a close with “Horses” by High Highs.
