"Wah Wah" was apparently the name Harrison gave to all the awful shit, legal wrangles and bickering that went on at the end of The Beatles - and, in particular, McCartney's controlling tendencies.
Perhaps it's not a surprise that "All Things Must Pass", from which this comes, is arguably the finest post-Beatles album by any of the former quartet, as it's such an outpouring of all the creative frustration Harrison had pent up from playing second fiddle to Lennon-McCartney for all those years.
