@HaveACuppaTea If I could only listen to one Beatles album for the rest of my life, it'd be Rubber Soul. It's a perfect blend of early and latter-day Beatles, so I wouldn't miss either. :)
@dorkins I think I'd agree with you on that, some great songs on Rubber Soul and to think they only released 'Nowhere Man' as a single off of this album. People go on about Revolver (and I've had discussions on here about it) but I always think of it as a collection of singles on an album, and not as cohesive as Rubber Soul. In fact some of the songs on Revolver were going to be on Rubber Soul.

I only recently learned to appreciate this song! Outstanding lyrics, for Beatles standards, and for that time!

This and Abbey Road are probably my favourite, though it was when I first heard Rubber Soul that I thought this band are a bit special.
