dwingate’s first jam of 2013 was “Electric Avenue” by Eddy Grant, and there was more to come; 18 jams in all. Plenty of David Bowie, glam, and new wave. dwingate reached 20 jams in January. “Wait For Me” by Kings of Leon closed out the year.

In March, dwingate joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Fade Into You” by Mazzy Star. Nice. The year’s recurring themes? classic rock, singer-songwriters, and pop. dwingate did some crate-digging too, and found “Sitar Lesson with Ravi Shankar” by George Harrison. dwingate’s 2012 came to a close with “Gypsy Biker” by Bruce Springsteen.
