@lynn200 Most people know Edwin Starr (if they know him at all) from the song War. "25 miles" was a hit back in '68, but I walk every day (3 miles, not 25) so I sort of relate.
yeh....War....thats it....years ago i went on a health kick...gradually got up to 2 hours a day.....you feel great afterwards....enjoy:)
