Hey @edfinn, i just listened to your eternal jam about 5 times and I know now, why this pretty red-haired singer on the stage started weeping in the middle of the song. Many good reasons to pick this. Wonderful eternal!

Thank you so much, @azche24 -- I truly believe that anyone, especially of a certain age and up, to whom music is and always has been important, will love that song if they give it a close listen. I'll be re-jamming it soon. (It was originally recommended to me, a couple years back, by a fellow MyJammer, @TENPIN)

BTW, @azche24, that "pretty red-haired singer" is a damn good song writer herself, Neko Case.

Yes. I googled her. But I never thought Jesse Winchester would be that good. They have some of his work on spotify.

Interesting, @azche24 -- I believe his first album (eponymous), produced by Robbie Robertson of The Band, is one of the all time classic albums. It's certainly in my top 10 all-time "Americana" albums. You really should give it a listen. (http://youtu.be/hNGrSREm4YU)

It is such a good song...I wish more people could be exposed to it.
