“Heartbreak Hotel” by Elvis Presley kicked off essikert’s 2013, and there was more to come; 38 jams in all. It was a year of soul, pop, and electronic. essikert found a rare one: “Fashion” by David Bowie ft. Damon Albarn. People really liked “Do You Remember The First Time?” by Pulp. In September, essikert introduced This Is My Jam to “Bullet” by Franz Ferdinand. essikert crossed 75 jams in May! “The Bells of St. Mary” by Bob B. Soxx and the Blue Jeans closed out the year.

essikert’s first jam of 2012 was “Ashes To Ashes” by David Bowie, and there was more to come; 54 jams in all. It was a year of The Rolling Stones, 80s, and hip hop. essikert posted a rare gem: “Words So Leisured” by Franz Ferdinand. People really liked “Reach Out, I'll Be There” by The Four Tops. essikert was first to pick “Barbarism Begins at Home” by The Smiths, in March — 35 others followed suit! essikert passed 50 jams in November. essikert’s 2012 came to a close with “Winter Wonderland” by Booker T. & The MG's.
