I remember Noel Gallagher saying they were his favourite new band. As he did with every band in the 90s.
Urgh, that makes me want to like them less (I hate the Oasis brothers)...good fact though!
I'm no Oasis fan. I was more a Pulp / Radiohead / Supergrass / Suede / Elastica type! Back in the Britpop maelstrom. :)
Been listening to a lot of those bands recently! I seem to have turned into my mum, who in the early 90's declared that popular music was now shite and retreated into classical music until the garage rock revival of the early 00's...
