2015

The year got going with “I Don’t Even Care (feat. Macy Gray & Jean Grae)” by Robert Glasper Experiment, and the jams kept coming; 43 in total. There was a lot of Erykah Badu, rnb, and soul. galaxy_19 found a rare one: “No Love” by Erykah Badu. People really liked “Sound of da Police” by KRS-One. galaxy_19 marked the end with “Last Donut Of The Night” by J Dilla.

2014

galaxy_19’s first jam of 2014 was “All Good? (feat. Chaka Khan)” by De La Soul, and 48 more jams followed. Lots of De La Soul, funk, and soul. galaxy_19 did some crate-digging too, and found “God Knows (feat. Bun B, Jared Evan & Pos of De La Soul)” by Statik Selektah. “Electric Relaxation” by A Tribe Called Quest got a lot of love. galaxy_19 reached 100 jams in October. “Somos Todos Erroristas (feat. Hordatoj)” by Ana Tijoux closed out the year.

The year got going with “Pushin' Aside, Pushin' Along” by De La Soul's Plug 1 & Plug 2, and 51 more jams followed. It was a year of De La Soul, underground hip hop, and soul. galaxy_19 did some crate-digging too, and found “Expansion Outro” by Talib Kweli & Hi-Tek. “Last Donut of the Night” by J Dilla got a lot of love. galaxy_19 posted their 50th jam in July! 2013 drew to a close with “Life Is Better (feat. Norah Jones)” by Q-Tip.

In February, galaxy_19 joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “The Wrath Of Marcie” by The Go! Team. Nice. Lots of underground hip hop, hip hop, and jazz. galaxy_19 was first to pick “Players Ball” by OutKast, in March — 10 others followed suit! galaxy_19’s 2012 came to a close with “Key To The City” by Large Professor.
