grillpanda’s first jam of 2015 was “Surface Envy” by Sleater-Kinney, and there was more to come; 16 jams in all. Lots of hip hop, techno, and post-punk. grillpanda did some crate-digging too, and found “Heart of Stone” by The Cyclist. “Private Idaho” by The B-52's got a lot of love. All things must end; grillpanda closed it out with “Who Died” by Hot Snakes.

2014

grillpanda’s first jam of 2014 was “Electronic Rhythm Number Eighteen” by Pye Corner Audio, and the jams kept coming; 27 in total. Lots of electronic, techno, and noise rock. “Deeper Than The Well” by Carla Bozulich got a lot of love. grillpanda crossed 100 jams in March! “Pusherman” by Romare closed out the year.

“XOX” by Hot Snakes kicked off grillpanda’s 2013. 29 more jams followed it! The year’s recurring themes? post-hardcore, ambient, and punk. grillpanda did some crate-digging too, and found “The Big Dream (Venetian Snares remix)” by David Lynch. People really liked “From Her To Eternity” by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds. In May, grillpanda posted their 75th jam. 2013 drew to a close with “Parallax Avenues” by Team Doyobi.

“Born To Lose” by Sleigh Bells kicked off grillpanda’s 2012. 46 more jams followed it! Plenty of Wipers, post-punk, and indie rock. grillpanda found a rare one: “Last Caress” by Aerial M. People really liked “Bottles & Bones (Shade and Sympathy)” by Califone. grillpanda was first to pick “In a Big City” by Titus Andronicus, in September — 39 others followed suit! grillpanda posted their 50th jam in September! grillpanda’s 2012 came to a close with “Marienbad” by Julia Holter.

In November, grillpanda joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Werewolves On Wheels [Main Theme]” by Don Gere. Nice. There was a lot of punk, indie rock, and electronic. grillpanda was first to pick “She Sends Kisses” by The Wrens, in November — 22 others followed suit! grillpanda’s 2011 came to a close with “Monk Time” by Monks.
