grumbleupagus’s year started strong with “Whatcha Gonna Do When Your Baby Leaves You” by Chuck Willis, and the jams kept coming; 23 in total. There was a lot of funk, blues, and classic rock. grumbleupagus did some crate-digging too, and found “Jesus Gave me Water” by Sam Cooke & The Soul Stirrers. People really liked “Smokestack Lightnin'” by Howlin' Wolf. grumbleupagus’s final jam was none other than “Step Right Up” by Tom Waits.

2014

grumbleupagus’s year started strong with “Always Late (With Your Kisses)” by Lefty Frizzell, and 17 more jams followed. The year’s recurring themes? oldies, pop, and 60s. grumbleupagus found a rare one: “Hey Baby (They're Playing Our Song)” by The Buckinghams. grumbleupagus’s 2014 came to a close with “Come As You Are” by Charlie Hunter Trio.

“There Comes A Time” by Lee Jones kicked off grumbleupagus’s 2013, and the jams kept coming; 36 in total. Plenty of funk, classic rock, and oldies. grumbleupagus found a rare one: “Nature Dub” by Augustus Pablo. People really liked “Psychedelic Shack” by The Temptations. grumbleupagus crossed 100 jams in August! grumbleupagus’s 2013 came to a close with “No Stone Unturned” by Suzi Chunk.

The year got going with “Wot” by Captain Sensible, and 53 more jams followed. It was a year of electronic, 60s, and jazz. grumbleupagus did some crate-digging too, and found “Cubano Chant” by Martin Denny. People really liked “Some Velvet Morning” by Nancy Sinatra And Lee Hazlewood. grumbleupagus was first to pick “Lotion” by Greenskeepers, in January — 28 others followed suit! grumbleupagus passed 50 jams in August. “We Don't Have To Take Our Clothes Off” by Jermaine Stewart closed out the year.

In November, grumbleupagus joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Red River” by The Launderettes. Nice. It was a year of soul, rhythm and blues, and funk. They were the first, and only, to post “Soul Dressing” by Booker T. & the MG's. “Cigarettes And Coffee Blues” by Lefty Frizzell got a lot of love. In December, grumbleupagus introduced This Is My Jam to “Ship Of Fools” by World Party.
