I don't know if this is true or not but I heard that this was filmed in Colorado...looks more like Norway to me.
@freydrew You're right! Apparently it was filmed at the Christiensands Ice Castles in Silverthorne, Colorado. They're closed for the season (for obvious reasons) but will open again to the public in November: http://www.icecastles.com/
I'll have to go up there this winter. Looks beautiful!
