Totally missed the music of this era at the time, moping about the demise of the 80's. Making up for lost time now.
This is for my dad who is 60 today. He was and still is a big fan of this album.
Ah, the 90s! When it seemed as if any lithe but ugly young man from a Northern town wearing a football shirt could strap on a guitar and bang out an instant indie rock classic. The lead guitarist on this track is bloody amazing, I've always thought - especially during the bridge. Not flashy at all but very effective.
