aw, i learned two things about music this week thanks to R. one, where the band name "cymbals eat guitars" comes from and what it means. two, just now because i posted this and said "kinda reminds me in the beginning of devo", R mentioned that it was eno's attempt to sound like talking heads (king's lead hat is an anagram of talking heads!), which is amusing to him because it sounds like later TH but not what they sounded like at the time he made this song, kinda prescient.
