Unfuckenbelievable. Have you heard bob Dylan's high water (for charley Patton) from his love and theft album, it's awesome.
Best of luck riding Sandy out - Mother Nature can be such a jackass at times.
Mother Nature destroyed the town where I grew up (Bay Head, NJ), and the next town over (Point Pleasant Beach) where I attended high school. So sad.
@labracoon I'm in Jersey City and family has a house in Ocean Beach. So, so devastating.
@incunabula Although no longer living in NJ, my thoughts are with those who are. Once from Jersey, always from Jersey. Keep the faith.
@incunabula @labracoon Thoughts are with both of you and all of those in NJ/NY as the recovery begins. Sorry for your losses and I have a soft spot for everyone up your way as a New Orleanian.
